Tate Pace led the way for local golfers at Kenny Perry’s Country Creek Golf Course. The Glasgow senior posted a 5-over 76 and finished tied for 13th in a strong field.
Layton Richey of Greenwood was medalist with a 4-under 67, while Bowling Green’s Rowdy Harris was second with a 68. The Purples won the team title with a plus-7 team total, while Greenwood was second at plus-14.
Glasgow finished ninth as a team while Barren County was 11th.
Also for the Scotties, Carter Hodges shot 86, while Jackson Norris fired 87, Tucker Garrett posted 88 and Gavin Copas finished with 93.
Cam Pippen led Barren County with a 78, while J.P. Ross fired 89, Jay Houchens shot 91, Kade Hardy posted 93, and Carson Browning finished with 114.
