Two members of the Glasgow Public Works Department move the "road closed" sign from the parking structure ramp on July 31. The sign has been in place for roughly a year due to structural concerns. Jim McGowen, superintendent of the department, said some brackets have been added to reinforce the columns holding up the ramp, however the bottom level of the structure will remain closed as they continue to work. Glasgow Mayor Henry Royse said the city received approval to reopen the ramp, commenting it was "open for business." Michael Crimmins/Glasgow News 1
