It’s that time of the year again, the time to vote for the best looking cruiser.
The Kentucky State Police encouraged the 4.5 million citizens of Kentucky to help them win the 2025 Best Looking Cruiser Contest, hosted by the American Association of State Troopers. The winner is photographed and placed on the association’s 2026 calendar.
“The Kentucky State Police are among the best of Kentucky’s public servants, and supporting the agency in this contest is just one way we can say thank you,” Governor Andy Beshear said in a KSP press release. “I’ll be casting my vote for our state police in this contest, and I encourage all Kentuckians to join me so the agency can bring back home a win.”
Kentucky State Police’s submission this year includes a Bell 407 helicopter in addition to a 2024 Dodge Durango pursuit vehicle and a 2024 Mustang GT cruiser.
“This contest is a great opportunity to highlight the professionalism our troopers and pilots bring to the job every day,” KSP Commissioner Phillip Burnett, Jr. said. “We’re proud to represent Kentucky, and we’re hoping everyone joins us in casting their vote.”
The Kentucky State Police has placed in the top five in the past seven years, taking home back-to-back wins in 2021 and 2022with Florida winning in 2024.
Voting ends Friday, July 11, at 4 p.m. People can vote once daily by clicking here.
