One woman was taken to T.J. Samson Community Hospital after her vehicle collided with another at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and Industrial Drive.
Around 7:55 p.m. on June 3, Glasgow police, the Glasgow Fire Department and Barren-Metcalfe EMS responded to that intersection, according to information provided by 911. Ashlee Cannon, driving a 2000 Buick LeSabre, “was traveling southbound on Industrial Drive and failed to stop at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue,” according to Glasgow police, and collided with Thomas Wilder’s 2019 Nissan Frontier, who was traveling eastbound on Cleveland Avenue.
Cannon was transported by the Barren-Metcalfe EMS to the hospital for her injuries, the Glasgow Police Department press release stated.
The accident was investigated by Lt. Nick Houchens.
