It was a light agenda for the 13 Joint City-County Planning commissioners. Their May 19 agenda only featured a preliminary and final development plan, and an agricultural division of real estate.

The preliminary and final development plan was filed by Cumberland Family Medical Center, which plans to make some additions at 301 Professional Park in Glasgow. It appears Family Medical Centers, which is the owner and applicant, desires to connect the existing medical offices and reconstruct the parking lot, based on the development plans shown during the meeting.

The other was an agricultural application for division of real estate. According to the agenda the application was for 2 tracts totaling roughly 6 acres just north of North Jackson Highway and the Hutcherson intersection.

Both were approved unanimously.
