Barren County built a 7-0 lead through five innings before popping off for eight runs in the top sixth en route to a 15-0 win at Glasgow on Thursday.
Shea Bogue was strong in the circle for the Trojanettes. She pitched a one-hitter through six innings, and struck out eight.
Meanwhile, Barren posted 13 hits against the Lady Scotties. Norah Shirley led the way with three hits, while Bogue and Josey Moore each added two hits. Briley Aidala hit a two-run homer in the top of the third.
Also for the Trojanettes, Katie Elmore, Gracie Myatt, Lizzie Smith, Abby Elmore and Lily Elmore each also had a hit.
Barren improved to 2-1 in 15th District action, while Glasgow fell to 0-4.
The rally that put the game away began with two outs in the top of the sixth.
Abby Elmore, Bogue, and Josey Moore drew consecutive walks to load the bases. Then Lily Elmoe drew a walk that scored Abby Elmore. Katie Elmore drew a walk to score Audrey Jones, who was running for Bogue.
Myatt drove in two runs with a double, then another run scored on an error and Myatt advanced to third.
Shirley drove in Myatt with a double, then Aidala drew a walk. Smith followed with a double that drove in two more runs.
