A Glasgow man was arrested after he was discovered to possess the key to a stolen Bowling Green vehicle.
Glasgow Police Officer Mitchell King “located a vehicle that had been reported stolen from Bowling Green in a parking lot on South Broadway Street.” The vehicle had the door open, according to a Glasgow Police Department press release, but 32-year-old Cardale Kirk, who was a short distance away, had the key to it “inside his pants pocket.”
Kirk was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property $10,000.00 or more. He was released on April 21 on a $5,000 unsecure bond, according to the Barren County Detention Center.
