Esther C. Hopkins

The Chicago Heights, Illinois native was born to the late Isadore and Jennie Bravo Cortez. She was preceded in death by a sister, Arlene Nicholson. She was the wife of the late William V. Hopkins. Mrs. Esther attended Hillvue Heights Church and was a medical clerical worker. Her survivors include her two daughters, Jackie Piper and Donna Barry; one stepson, Stan Hopkins; six grandchildren; two brothers, Daniel and Thomas Cortez; and one sister, Carol Sapata; several nieces and nephews.

There will be no service at this time as cremation was chosen under the direction of Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel
