The double shooting case in which Kevin Abner is charged with first- and second-degree assault was “passed” to Dec. 16 at 1 p.m. Abner allegedly shot two people at a residence off Park City-Glasgow Road on March 17, 2024.
The rescheduling was due to Abner’s attorney, Ken Garrett, being unable to make it in-person to circuit court on Dec. 2. He did, however, appear briefly via Zoom.
Abner was indicted by a Barren County grand jury on April 17.
