Hillview Apartments in Glasgow recently sold, according to a press release from Marcus and Millichap.
The 72-unit apartment property at 200 Shalimar Drive recently sold for nearly $4 million, the real estate brokerage firm stated. Zack Hubiak, an investment specialist with Marcus and Millichap’s Nashville office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. Built in 1974, the property spans 4.8 acres, the release stated.
The Vue on the Hill, a limited liability company, sold the apartment complex to River Glow Investors, according to information on the Barren County Property Valuation Administrator’s website.
