Gretchen Wandalean “Wanda” Felts, 92, of Bowling Green, KY passed away peacefully on October 24, 2024, at Magnolia Village. She was born on March 16, 1932, in Allen County, KY. Wanda was preceded in death by her husband of more than fifty-one years, James W. Felts, her parents Tilmon A. and Glee Weaver Willoughby, and her beloved grandson, Benjamin Bray.
After twenty-six years as produce manager, Wanda retired from Houchens Market #3. She was a founding member of Living Hope Baptist Church. Wanda loved Big Red basketball games and traveling to Florida, as well as spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her two daughters, Patricia Morris Crouch of Bowling Green and Lynn (Felts) Hopkins of Charlotte, NC. Two sons, Grant Morris of Bowling Green and Alex Felts of Rockfield. Also surviving are five grandchildren: Lacey Velarde (Lou) of Arlington, VA, Erin Hopkins of Detroit, MI, Nicole Felts (Dustin) and Sara Felts, Elliott Morris (Rali), all of Bowling Green, KY. Ten precious great-grandchildren also survive.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel, with the funeral following at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery #2.
