Lawrence Klink

Lawrence Herbert Klink age 81 of Bowling Green, passed away Friday, October 18, 2024 at his residence. Larry as he was known, was born in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Harvey Carl Klink and Margaret Elizabeth Weaver Klink. He is also preceded in death by his sister Gwen Brewer. Larry served in the United States Air Force, and while in the Air Force he served in the Hurricane Hunters and Strategic Air Command. In 1969, Larry was part of the unit that flew the weather track for the Apollo 11 Moon Landing. He retired from Cutler-Hammer / Eaton Corp. as a Manufacturing Engineer. Larry was a devoted father, son, and patriot. Larry enjoyed firearms, tinkering on cars, and wood working.

Larry is survived by his son, Tim Klink and his wife Kelly of Olathe, Kansas.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024 at the Rose Hill Funeral Home and Burial Park in Hamilton, Ohio, with Military Honors. Local Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of the J.C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel.
