Melvin Clyde Blankenship, 66, of Glasgow passed away October 17, 2024 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
The Allen County native was born May 25, 1958 to the late Ernest Ray Blankenship and Dixie Williams. Melvin worked as a General Manager for Dominos Pizza.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Steenbergen Blankenship of Glasgow; children, Crystal Blankenship of Edmonton, Steven and Michael Blankenship both of Glasgow, and Kim Cherry of Scottsville; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen with a celebration of life at a later date. J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapels has been entrusted with arrangements.
