This morning at 9:00 a.m. is the regularly scheduled meeting of Barren Fiscal Court.
According to the agenda, part of the New Business will be a closed session to address proposed or pending litigation. Other New Business listed on the agenda is a vote to move a portion of Mt. Pleasant Rd., the approval of a Resolution utilizing Rural 80/20 Bridge Program Funds, the approval of a payment to Barren County PVA for $101,608.00 (FY 24-25 Budget Appropriation) and the approval of the Annual Lease and Maintenance Agreement between Army Corp of Engineers and Barren Fiscal Court.
WCLU will report the outcomes of these matters following the meeting.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Barren County Fiscal Court is October 15.
