James William “Billy” Russell, 63, of Alvaton passed away Thursday, September 12, 2024, at his residence with family by his side. He was a native of Bowling Green and was born July 17, 1961.
Billy was an outdoorsman and award-winning marksman.
Survivors are his mother Rosemary (Osborne) Russell, four sisters Leeanne Brown (Jim “Ebo”), Claire Lynn Russell Injeian (late husband Greg), Judy Ruth Russell and Patricia Rose Walters. Several beloved nieces and nephews also survive.
Memorial visitation will be Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at J. C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel. Billy and his family chose cremation.
