Ms. Sharon Sue Benardy, age 48 of Bowling Green, KY, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at Tristar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Sharon was born February 11, 1976 in Henderson, KY to Lindle Lee Crowley and Marsha Jo Kirtley Crowley whom survive and reside in Bowling Green, KY.
Besides her parents, she is also survived by her fiancé, Barry McCandless; her two children, Casey Patrick Benardy and Andrea Ryan Benardy both of Bowling Green, KY and her two sisters, Jessica Crowley (Joel Birtel) of Bowling Green, KY and Tracy Doyle (Hezzick) of Hartselle, AL. Nine nieces and nephews also survive.
Sharon is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Earnest and Mary Kirtley, and her paternal grandparents, Herschel and Ammon L Crowley.
The family has entrusted J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel with arrangements.
The family will be having a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 3:00pm at 2426 Ken Bale Blvd at the office.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donation to Breast Cancer Research.
