Horse Cave man, Brian Bush, has been charged with rape, sodomy and incest.
This stems from an investigation that concluded on September 4.
Bush is lodged in the Hart County Detention Center under a $500,000 bond. According to an indictment the incidents that led to these charges occurred between 2019 and August of this year.
