Scottsville man, 19-year-old, Matthew Hafner, is facing multiple charges, after the Allen County Sheriff’s Office says it received a call Thursday afternoon, about a male subject passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at an intersection.
Investigators tried multiple times to wake Hafner, who eventually woke up and refused to exit the vehicle, which they had put in park. They then physically removed him from his car, and located illegal narcotics.
He is charged with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Hafner has been lodged in the Allen County Detention Center.
