Penny Lynn Harris, age 62, of Rockfield passed away on August 22, 2024 in her home surrounded by family and friends. The Warren County Native was born on April 12, 1962 to the late Billy and Hazel Waters. Penny was a graduate of Warren Central High, class of 1980. She worked for many years for S&S Signs. In her spare time, Penny enjoyed fishing, playing Bingo, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Roger Dale Harris; her daughter, Laura Cunningham of Rockfield, Kentucky; a step-son, Corey Scott Harris of Smith’s Grove; One sister, Sandra Gale (Jerry) Miller of Auburn, Kentucky; her two grandchildren, her pride and joy: Ava and Connor Cunningham; and her niece, Emily (Michael) Cardwell.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 11:00am at the J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapel on Broadway with burial at Whites Chapel Cemetery in Plano. Visitation will begin on Sunday, August 25, 2024 from 2:00pm until 8:00pm and again on Monday from 9:00am until the time of service.
