Benjamin Neal “Ben” Cooper, 60, of Glasgow, KY passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. He was a native of Bowling Green and was born June 22, 1964. Ben was preceded in death by his parents Norris and Barbara Cooper.
Ben was a salesman for Air-Evac and a member of Eastwood Baptist Church. He especially loved life, riding motorcycles, flying airplanes and playing golf. He was a Kentucky Colonel and loved to watch the Tennessee Titans and was an avid University of Kentucky basketball fan.
Survivors are his wife Darlene (Hall) Cooper, three sons Dean Cooper, Joshua Smith and Joseph Smith (Sondra). Seven daughters Kimberly Cooper, Nickie Rock (Dagan), Tabatha Buchannan (Jessie), Katie LaRue (Seth), Rebekah Hill (Jarrod), Elizabeth Smith and Joann Sticht. Two brothers Jim Cooper (Linda) and Carey Moore (Dana). Seventeen grandchildren and a special niece Jamie Moran (Justin) and nephew Brad Cooper (Jennifer). Also a special sister Donna Williams (Jerry).
Funeral services will be Monday, August 19, 2024 at 2:00 pm at J. C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm and Monday 9:00 am until time of services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
