Stevie Marie McDaniel, 41, of Bowling Green, entered rest July 26, 2024 surrounded by family at The Medical Center of Bowling Green.
Stevie was preceded in death by her father, Steve McDaniel, her maternal grandparents, Roger and Wanda Osborne and paternal grandfather, G.K. McDaniel and one uncle, Ricky Osborne.
Stevie was known for her kind heart, unwavering faith, and her boundless love for children.
Stevie’s nurturing spirit was evident in her passion for babysitting and raising children. During Stevie’s time working in the cafeteria at Warren East High School, she took immense pride in brightening the days of the students she served.
Stevie Marie McDaniel’s legacy of love, faith and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to shine brightly through the lives she touched.
She is survived by her children, Rylee Turner and Tucker Turner; her mother, Sheila McDaniel, her sisters, Chauncie Doyle (Hunter), Leslie Watkins (Devin) and Cassie Bankson (Brad), her maternal grandmother, Ellen McDaniel, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The Funeral service for Stevie will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with burial at Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hardy & Son Funeral Home for funeral expense.
