Frank Vass “Happy” Jackson III, age 55, passed away Tuesday July 16, 2024 in Bowling Green, KY.
The Bowling Green native was the son of the late Frank Vass Jackson Jr. and Evelyn Strong and was raised by his stepmother, Ina Rhea Jackson.
Vass touched the lives of many through his work as a drug addiction counselor, most recently with The Bridge to Recovery.
Vass is survived by his family, David Bradford, Jay Bradford, Jamie Powers (Shane), Emily Booth (Mark), Debbie Deaton (Colvin), Diane Sigman, Dennis Bradford (Sally), and Charles Dick (Charlotte).
Cremation was chosen. There will be a private family burial with a Memorial Service to be planed at a later date. J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel have been entrusted with arrangements.
