High speed chase ends with two arrests in Glasgow

Press Release from Glasgow Police Department:

On 07/15/2024, Officers with the Glasgow Police Department responded to Oil City Road in reference to a theft at the Canaanland Baptist Church.

Upon arrival, Officers observed a vehicle occupied by two males that was driving
towards them with no headlight visible. Officer activated their emergency equipment however the vehicle failed to stop, striking a Glasgow Police K9 Cruiser.

The suspect vehicle continued onto Oil City Road before turning onto Veterans Outer Loop where they crossed over the center median and ran off into the ditch line. Both subjects then exited the vehicle and fled on foot before being apprehended. There were no injuries reported.

Timothy L. Goad of Edmonton Ky. was arrested and charged with TBUT Or DISP All Others $1,000 < $10,000, Leaving Scene Of Accident- Failure To Render Aid Or Assistance, Reckless Driving, Fleeing Or Evading Police 1 st Degree (Motor Vehicle), Fleeing Or Evading Police 1 st Degree (On Foot), Wanton Endangerment 1 st Degree (3 Counts), Possession Control Substance 1 st Degree 1 st Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession Drug Paraphernalia, Operating Motor Vehicle Under Influence Substance 1 st Offense.

Roscoe R. Ennis

Roscoe R. Ennis of Edmonton Ky. was arrested and charged with TBUT Or DISP All Others $1,000< $10,000, Fleeing Or Evading Police 1 st Degree (On Foot), Possession Control Substance 1 st Degree 3 rd Or > Offense (Methamphetamine), Possession Drug Paraphernalia. Both suspects were lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.

The Glasgow Police Department was assisted by the Barren County Sheriff
Department and Kentucky State Police.
