Thomas C. ‘Tom’ Price, 69, of Bowling Green passed away July 6, 2024 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
The Erin, Tennessee native was born June 4, 1955 to the late Cecily Wiseman and Bonnie Kate Smith Price.
Tom was an accomplished master floral designer, winning awards and representing many companies throughout the United States with his floral designs. Tom and his wife, Margaret, ran their business for 25 years in Nashville before moving to Bowling Green to continue his extraordinary and creative work until his retirement.
Tom and Margaret were married in Nashville, TN in 1980 and were happily married for 44 years. Their love for each other grew more and more as each year passed & they spent their time together outside of work doing things they loved, such as camping, canoeing, gardening, and just about anything to do with nature and God’s glorious creations.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Margaret; daughter, Cassie; brothers-in-law, Richard Compton and John William Wallace both of Nashville; great-nieces, Bonnie Kate Jackson of Clarksville, Tennessee and Chrissie Parks of Florida; his beloved pets; and a host of other extended family members in the Nashville area.
Cremation was chosen and J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapels has been entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in Tom’s memory. The family requests that those wishing to honor Tom’s memory, light a candle at 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 14.
