Elsie Marie Hill, age 78, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away Monday, (June 17, 2024) at her home.
She was born on February 22, 1946 in Jefferson County, KY, the daughter of the late Jessie and Elsie Lee Farris Smith.
She was a cook and a waitress and was a member of VFW 1495 and American Legion Post 81.
She is survived by her son, William “Willie” Dewitt; a grandchild, Jacob Alexander Dewitt; and a sister, Lou-Ann Stone. Several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Randell W. Hill and a son, Gary Lee Dewitt.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation was chosen.
