Wanda May Ramsey age 76 of Cave City passed away Friday, June 14th at SKY Rehab in Bowling Green. Wanda was born in Louisville to the late Hugh & Geneva Rucker Witten. She was a housewife, a seamstress, she filed taxes and she was the office worker for her and her husband’s business, Ramsey’s Body Shop.
Wanda was preceded by her husband Kenneth Ramsey and three sisters Shirley Duncan, Peggy Atwell and Betty Philpott.
She is survived by her children Timothy Ramsey(Veronica), Cheryl Logsdon(the late Mike), Renee Arterburn(Kinney) & Annette Arterburn(Brooks); sisters Bernice Ramsey and Joyce Smith; her grandchildren Ashley, Seth, Elizabeth, Joanna, Katlyn, Joseph, Connor, Jackson, Laeleighanna & Addalyn; great-grandchildren Josiah, Elias, Matthias, Cohen, Hagan, Rilynn, Jocelyn, Maya, Nolan, Lillie, Ryder, Winston & Thatcher.
The funeral service for Wanda May Ramsey will be 1pm Tuesday, June 18th in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Kinney Arterburn officiating. Burial will be in the Walters Community Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 10am-8pm and after 10am Tuesday at the Sego Funeral Home.
