The Barren River Animal Welfare Association (BRAWA) is set to host its largest fundraiser of the year, the 14th annual Shake Your Paw Ball, on June 1st.
The highly anticipated event will take place at the Cave Area Conference Center, promising an evening of food, fun, and philanthropy in support of local animal welfare initiatives.
Tickets for the Shake Your Paw Ball are priced at $60 per person. Each ticket includes two drink tickets and an Italian dinner catered by the renowned Diane’s Cakes & Catering, known for their delectable dishes and exceptional service.
The evening’s festivities will not only feature a sumptuous meal but also a variety of entertainment options aimed at delighting attendees and encouraging generous donations.
The Shake Your Paw Ball serves as a critical fundraising event for BRAWA, helping to provide essential services such as animal rescue, shelter, medical care, and adoption services for homeless and abandoned animals in the Barren River area.
The funds raised will also support community outreach programs designed to promote responsible pet ownership and reduce the incidence of animal cruelty.
In addition to the dinner and drinks, attendees can look forward to a silent auction featuring a range of exciting items and experiences donated by local businesses and supporters, as BRAWA board member, Molly Taylor said, “There is something for everyone.”
Other entertainment for attendees will include a D.J (who will be taking requests), dancing, and other entertainment will ensure a memorable night for all who attend.
Tickets for the Shake Your Paw Ball are available for purchase through BRAWA’s website or by contacting their office directly.
With limited seating available, community members are encouraged to secure their tickets early to avoid missing out on this special evening.
BRAWA, a non-profit organization, has been dedicated to animal welfare in the Barren River area for decades in the region.
Their mission is to provide safe shelter, medical care, and second chances for animals in need while working to prevent animal cruelty and overpopulation through education and community engagement.
