Carlos Tarter,41, is accused of assaulting a female victim and keeping her against her will.
According to a press release sent by BCSO:
Earlier this evening, the Barren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic situation on AM Harmon Road. A female victim stated that she had been involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend Carlos Tarter age 41.
The victim stated that she had been held against her will for two days and had been assaulted by Tarter. Upon deputy’s arrival at the residence, Tarter had already left in a silver 2013 Ford Focus license plate KY H1K255. The vehicle is believed to have damage to the driver’s side door. Tarter is a white male, approximately 6’6 and 275 pounds. He has a long beard that was braided when he was last seen.
