Glasgow, KY – The Glasgow Police Department has issued the following press release in regards to an injury accident that occurred on Wednesday night.
“On 03/27/2024 at approximately 10:20 pm, the Glasgow Police Department responded
to an injury accident at a crosswalk located on the eastside of the Glasgow Public
Square.
A 2009 Nissan being operated by Brooklyn Jackson was traveling eastbound around
the public square and failed to see a female walking across in the marked pedestrian
crossing striking her with the left front of the vehicle.
The female victim was flown to Skyline Hospital for her injuries.
The accident was investigated by Officer Jeff Childress, assisted by the Glasgow Fire
Department and the Barren/Metcalfe EMS.”
