SCOTTSVILLE – On Wednesday, around 4:50pm, the Barren County Sheriff’s Office responded to an injury accident on Scottsville Road just south of Tobacco Road.
Preliminary investigations indicate that a 1998 Ford Mustang being operated by Jessica Perry, 30, of Fountain Run, was traveling southbound when Perry lost control of the vehicle. Her vehicle traveled across the center line and struck a 2018 Dodge Ram being operated by Cynthia Boles, 48, of Fountain Run. Perry, Boles and a passenger in Boles vehicle were transported to T.J. Samson Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident.
The investigation is ongoing.
