Phillip Byron Bush, 79, Glasgow, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. A native of Jefferson County, he was the son of the late Ted and Elizabeth Simmons Bush. He was a long-time farmer and automobile dealer, owning the Country Auto Sales in Glasgow.
Survivors include one son Daron Bush and wife Stacy, and one daughter Dedra Bush; two grandchildren: Jescony Bush (Kenitha) and Jalynn Bush; three great-grandchildren: Jazaylee, Jakinlee, and Jazeke Bush; one sister, Judy Veach (Kelly); two nieces: Vanessa Veach and Chasity Lowery (Charlie).
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one great-grandson, Jakobe Bush.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
