(October 27, 2023) Scottsville, KY — A Scottsville woman is facing drug charges after a traffic stop on Thursday.
Around 3:30am, Allen County deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Smiths Grove Road. Through further investigation, deputies located and seized multiple small bags of marijuana and methamphetamine. 58-year-old Kimberly Hughes was arrested and charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, first offense; buying or possessing drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; and reckless driving.
Hughes was lodged in the Allen County Detention Center.
