(November 6, 2023) Glasgow, KY — The Glasgow Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.
16-year-old Bailey R. Baier is 5’3′ tall, weighs 120 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black tank top with black sweat pants or yoga pants. She may be driving a gray Chevy Malibu with Kentucky Registration Plate C6S342.
