(October 17, 2023) A Scottsville man is facing charges related to child sexual exploitation.
In late September, Detectives with the Allen County-Scottsville Crime Task Force received information from the Department of Homeland Security that a computer seized from Ted L. Conner during execution of a search warrant contained child pornography.
On October 16th, detectives executed another search warrant at Conner’s residence. During the search, officers located a quantity of suspected methamphetamine. Ted L. Conner was arrested and charged with possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, and first degree possession of a controlled substance.
He was lodged in the Allen County Detention Center.
