ELIZABETHTOWN – An investigation is underway in Elizabethtown where a man was hit and killed by a train.
The incident happened around 1:30 Monday afternoon at a railroad crossing on East Dixie Avenue. The victim has been identified as 64-year-old John Duncan.
The circumstances surrounding why Duncan was on the tracks haven’t been released.
