Angie Gilliam, 56, of Scottsville, KY passed away July 8, 2023 at T. J. Samson Hospital in Glasgow, KY. The Louisville, KY native was a retired RN for Cal Turner Rehab and Specialty Care, former employee of Rainbow and RR Donnelley & Sons and a Baptist. She was the daughter of Gary Lee Oaks and Judy Polson Britt, who survive.
She is survived by her husband: Bobby Gilliam, Scottsville, KY;
Her mother: Judy Britt and husband, Loyd, Glasgow, KY;
Her father: Gary Lee Oaks, Sellersburg, IN;
6 sons: Matthew Louis Stephens and wife, Danielle, and Bryan Kurt Stephens, all of Glasgow, KY; Ryan Kyle Stephens, Austin, KY; Eli Gilliam and wife, Angela, and Michael Gilliam and wife, Risa, all of Scottsville, KY and David Gilliam and wife, Kim, Paducah;
3 brothers: Kevin Oaks, Eustis, FL; Tyson Oaks and wife, Christina, Henryville, IN and Stacy Oaks, New Albany, IN;
4 grandchildren: Erika Gilliam, Gracie Gilliam, Dalton Gilliam and Kinley Gilliam;
Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday and after 7:00 a.m. Tuesday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
