LOUISVILLE – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 5 Office advises motorists of routine maintenance work scheduled on I-65 North and South in Bullitt County beginning Wednesday, June 14, and continuing through June 21. KYTC maintenance crews will perform sweeping work and drain cleaning on shoulders, which may require lane closures.
Work will begin at 7 p.m. and will conclude at midnight, June 14, as well as June 19 and 21. During this time, intermittent lane and shoulder closures will take place in both directions from exit 115 to exit 135. Signs in the area will notify drivers of the work. Motorists should obey restrictions and drive cautiously through the work zone.
