May 30, 2023 (Scott Co., KY) — A judge has entered a not-guilty plea on behalf of the man accused of killing a Scott County deputy.
Steve Sheangshang was arraigned Tuesday on a charge of killing a police officer. He allegedly shot Caleb Conley a week ago during a traffic stop on I-75.
Sheangshang is being held without bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 6th.
