GLASGOW – Glasgow police have arrested a Bullitt County man following an investigation into multiple thefts in the Glasgow area.
An arrest warrant was issued for Jimmie Pennington, 42, of Bullitt Co, following an investigation by the Glasgow police department where it was determined that Pennington had allegedly stole multiple industrial pallets from Rural King in Glasgow.
These incidents took place on three separate occasions, according to police reports.
Jimmie Pennington was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking – All Others ($1,000 < $10,000) and 3rd degree Criminal Trespassing. He remains lodged in the Barren County Detention Center on a $1,500 cash bond. He is set to appear in court today at 12:30pm.
The investigation was conducted by Detective Sergeant Aaron Cowan.
