GLASGOW — A stove fire was extinguished at Barren County High’s baseball fieldhouse on Monday.
The Glasgow Fire Department said they were called to the scene around 1:12 p.m. Maintenance personnel at the school had extinguished the fire upon the arrival of fire personnel.
Firefighters removed smoldering items, ventilated the building and checked for any fire extension, according to a news release. The damage was contained to the concession area.
No injuries were reported. The fire’s cause was accidental.
