GLASGOW — One person was arrested in connection to an alleged theft at Jackie Browning Park.
Glasgow Police said they received reports of stolen ATVs on Jan. 18 and 20. Those alleged thefts happened at the park and at a residence along Oil City Road.
Detectives with Glasgow Police were able to recover two of the ATVs and identify a suspect. Robert Mercer was arrested.
Mercer faces charges relating to third degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, contempt of court libel/slander, and resistance to order.
