GLASGOW — The annual Bookmark Challenge at Red Cross Elementary was recently held.
There were 155 entries this year, according to a news release from the school. Finalists were chosen and grade-level winners were voted on by the faculty and staff.
The winning bookmarks were designed by sixth-grade student Addi Smith; in fifth-grade, Kynleigh Edwards; in fourth-grade, Bella Shepherd; in third-grade, Latcher Harbison; in second-grade, Elias Haley; in first-grade, Nolan Johnson; and in kindergarten, Khloe Howard.
Winning bookmarks were taken to Gerald Printing and turned into official bookmarks to be distributed to all students.
“Thank you to everyone who entered a bookmark into the challenge this year,” the school said.
