GLASGOW — A man was arrested Sunday after police executed a search warrant at his East Leech Avenue home.

Officers arrived and made contact with Raymon D. Ingram, 57, of Glasgow, and attempted to place him in custody. He had an active warrant for harassing communications, second-degree stalking and third-degree terroristic threatening, according to an arrest citation.

Officers were unable to detain Ingram initially due to do a physical handicap, they said. Officers attempted to secure a handcuff to Ingram’s belt loop, but he allegedly resisted and pulled away. Ingram’s belt loop broke while officers were working to detain him.

Police allege Ingram “displayed threatening and tumultuous behavior” when he threatened officers. He also used expletive language toward them, the citation said.

Ingram was charged with resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct. He remains lodged at the Barren County Detention Center.

He is expected to appear in court on Jan. 26, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. Ingram’s bond was set at $15,000 cash.
