MAGNOLIA — Three suspects were arrested Sunday in connection to the murder of a Hart County man.
State police said all three suspects were from Elizabethtown. They were identified as Dale E. Hodge, 65; Cecil Daniels, 21; and Brandon M. Hodge, 31.
The details surrounding the death of Robert W. Myers, 78, of Munfordville, remain unclear as police continue to investigate. Information released early Saturday detailed how the three suspects allegedly shot Myers after he confronted them about stealing items from a property he owned in Magnolia.
The suspects apparently fled the scene along Hammonsville Road in a U-Haul pickup truck. The truck was later located, state police said.
The suspects remain lodged in the Hart and Hardin county jails.
