Gary Neal Perkins, 78 of Edmonton passed away Friday, July 29, 2022 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green. Gary was born in Edmonton January 20, 1944 to the late Phillip and Kathryn Hurt VanZant Perkins. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son Gary Perkins, Jr.
Gary was did machine repairs and was a Viet Nam Veteran serving on the ship Tawasa ATF92.
Gary is survived by his daughter Kathy Stephens and her husband Timmy of Edmonton. His grandchildren, Patrick Stephens of Summer Shade, Helen Perkins of Virginia, JP Burns of Marrowbone and Kaleb Turner of Gamaliel.
Graveside services for Gary will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 2nd at the Humes Cemetery on Jessie Shaw Rd. near Edmonton. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM Tuesday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton until service time.
