Brenda K. Perry, 72, of Mammoth Cave passed away June 6, 2022 at her home with loved ones by her side.
The Jefferson County native was a production worker at G.E., a lifetime member of Amvets Post #3 and a Kentucky Colonel. She was a daughter of the late Lloyd Atkinson and Mildred Horn Atkinson.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM (EDT) at Advantage Funeral Home Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Hwy. in Louisville. Visitation will also take place at Advantage Funeral Home from 2-8 PM (EDT) Thursday. Gravil Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
Surviving are her husband, Ronald F. Perry; two sons, John D. Newton Jr (Leslie) and Dennis I. Newton (Kim Hardin); a brother Lloyd Atkinson; two sisters, Freida Croft and Donna Jeffries; Five grandchildren, James Dennis Newton, D.J. Newton Jr, Allie Newton, Trent Newton (Lauren) and Ron Newton; and many nieces and nephews.
