GLASGOW — A portion of land located along Rogers Wells Boulevard has a new owner.
The Rouleau Company LLC purchased 2.43 acres of land from Cook Out Glasgow Inc. The company paid $1.2 million for the land and building, according to an April 4 property transfer record from the Barren County Clerk’s Office.
Cook Out Glasgow Inc. purchased the land and a building from the former Taco John’s on March 26, 2021. They paid $888,000. The building was never inhabited, however.
The property sets across from KFC and Goodwill along Rogers Wells Boulevard.
Little information is known about the property. The owners currently operate one Dunkin’ Donuts franchise in Bowling Green.
