GLASGOW — Local authorities responded Friday to Rural King and discovered a person inside a parked vehicle that had been there for several days.
Police responded to a complaint initially, they said. James T. Minor, 49, of Louisville, was located inside the car. He allegedly had been sleeping there. The car was parked there for “several days,” a release said.
Officers confirmed the vehicle was stolen. They conducted a search and located a shotgun, methamphetamine, gabapentin pills, digital scale, Septocaine, Polocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Minor was arrested and charged with several crimes, including selling or receiving a vehicle with removed or altered vin plate, receiving stolen property and several drug charges.
The arrest was made by Officer Hunter Carroll.
