Massage parlor seized following local, FBI investigation

GLASGOW — A massage parlor in Glasgow was seized by police Wednesday after complaints of human trafficking and prostitution was reported.

The Glasgow Police Department said they received complaints and tips related to the activity in the parlor. The staff was also providing sexual services for compensation and operating the business without a license. The spa is located near Perfect Nails and Gondolier Restaurant.

Many sources said they were groped near their genitals, according to comments made to WCLU News.

A detective with the department investigated the incident and obtained a search warrant. Police located over $22,000 cash and arrested one woman. Jing J. Zheng was arrested in connection the investigation. She is charged with promoting prostitution and practicing massage therapy without a license.

The spa offers various services, according to a website with the establishment’s image. Some of those services include perineal, breast and prostate massage.

The police department was assisted by the FBI and a translator from Western Kentucky University.

The case remains under investigation.
