Torrance Porcha, 39, was arrested in Glasgow Sunday after police realized he had allegedly failed to comply with the state sex offender registry.

GLASGOW — Police conducted a traffic stop Sunday and arrested a man for allegedly failing to register with the state sex offender registry.
Local authorities said the traffic stop happened along Happy Valley Road. An officer made contact with Torrance Porcha, 39, of Hart County, and confirmed he was not in compliance with the Kentucky Sex Offender Registration list. He’s listed for a crime he either committed or attempted to commit in South Carolina against a 10-year-old child, according to the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry.
Porcha was arrested and charged with failure to comply with the sex offender registration (first offense).
Officer Grant Ward made the arrest, police said.
